Mrs. William Ritchea of Cameron, RD 4. She was a daughter of James H.
and Jane Morris Courtwright, and was born February 27, 1879, in Greene
County. She was a member of Sugar Grove Union Church. She is survived
by four daughters, Bertha, wife of Foster Wood of Mingo Junction,
Ohio; Olive, wife of Roy McCardle of Wheeling, W. Va., RD 2; Gertrude,
wife of Alonzo Connor of Wheeling RD 2, and Ethel, at whose home she died;
10 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren, and three sisters, Mrs. Bertha
Staggers and Mrs. Martha Grim, both of Wind Ridge, and Mrs. Orie Robinson
of Wheeling, RD 2. A son, Wiley, was killed in action in Italy in World
War II. Funeral services were held Sunday conducted by Rev. Charles R.
Cupfer and Rev. Cecil Bolton. Interment at Limestone W. Va.
