Miller Kitts Dies In Bland
Miller White Kitts, 90, died early this morning at his home near Bland, Va. Surviors include his wife, Emma Burton Kitts; two daughters, Mrs. Robert Dalton and Miss Isa Kitts of Bland; four grandchilden and eight great grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. M.H. Davis of Poplar Hill, VA; a brother Rovert Kitts of Long Spur, VA and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be conducted Sunday at 2 p.m. from Bland Methodist Church. The Rev. M.G. Goodpasture, pastor, will be assisted by the Rev. Kenneth Kitts. Interment will be made in Bland Cemetery. The body will be returned to the residence Saturday morning from Porterfield-Minnick Funeral Home at Wytheville, Va.
