The funeral of Captain Daniel Constantine, aged 73 years, will take place from his late residence, 2205 E. Lombard Street. He was formerly the warden of City Jail, the superintendent of Bayview Asylum and a city councilman in the first ward. Requiem Mass at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Broadway and Bank Street. Interment in St. Patrick's Cemetery on Philadelphia Road. Captain Constantine was married twice. His first wife was Miss Catherine A. W. Knipe of Baltimore, whom he married in 1847. She died on April 4, 1876. On November 30, 1879, he married Miss Sarah A Farnen, daughter of the late Peter and Mary Farnen. She died on April 7, 1898.
