Charles Balis Adams, 78, passed away at his home in Onyx on Feb. 27, 2009. He is survived by his two daughters Nedra Marks and husband Ron Marks; Sharon Frick; Brother Lewis and wife Ruth; two sisters Leatha Wilson and Hellen Tucker; four grandkids and 13 great grandkids, several nieces and nephews who all loved him. There will be a viewing at Sierra Mortuary on March 5 at 12:00 and graveside services at 3 p.m. at Kern River Valley Cemetery. He was an avid fisherman and gold prospector all his life. He was known for his mechanical skills. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, parents, four brothers and four sisters. Services entrusted to Sierra Mortuary & Funeral Home
