Mr. Forsythe spent Saturday night at the home of his son, Wm. Forsythe, in this city. Early Sunday morning he started to walk out to his home, about three miles northeast of town. He had not been feeling well that morning, but thought he would be able to make the trip home. When he reached a point a short distance west of the residence of W. T. Magruder, it is supposed he suffered a sudden and fatal attack of heart trouble, and lived only a short time. Lloyd Magruder who chanced to pass along the road, found him by the roadside. He was dead when Mr. Magruder found him, but evidently had been dead only a short time. Dr. H. E. Tatum, county coroner, considering an inquest unnecessary, as he had been treating Mr. Forsythe for heart trouble, and was convinced that his death was from that cause.
