VETERANS TO HONOR FALLSINGTON HERO

Fallsington; Aug 5- Funeral services with full military honors for Sergeant Edward B. Watson son of Mr. & Mrs. Joseph Watson of this place, former member of the 312th Machine Gun Battalion 78th Division who died September 18, 1918 in France from wounds recivied in action will be held Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock fro the home of his parents this place. The Willet C. Sanford Post American Legion of Morrisville, will be in charge of the military cermonies. Legion services will be conducted at the home. After which the body will be place in a caison and taken to the All Saint's P.E. Church, this place, where further services will be conducted by the Rev. Francis Smith. Interment will be in the Friends Burying Grounds where the legion will conduct futher services.
Dr. G.A. Enion will be in command of the post, and William Sunderland will be his aide. The band will furnish the music and all the members of the post are requested to meet at the Stockham Building at 12:30 o'clock daylight savingtime.
The bears will be Albert Bond, mounted; Walter Barber, Isaac Wright, Harry Banham, Leon Burton, Louis Balardo, Charles Sisler, Robert Clark and Russell Moss. The firing squad will be composedof Sergeant Howard Hartsough, Robert Chapman, Clarence Bodine,John Gear, Harry Lake, Harry Wilcox, James Morrisey, Alfred Buckalwe and Harry Drews.
The color bears will be Frank Gerbrick, and Harry Bleasdale. The color guards will be Harry Shinkle, and Clifford Watson.
Sergeant Watson was will known in this vicinity and was popular in young peoples societies and clubs. He volunteered for services in the early part of the war and recived his training at Camp Dix. He was a gradute of the Rider College at Trenton. and before entering the service was emplyed by Robertson Art Tile Company of Morrisville. Beside his parents he is survived by a brother Alfred A. Watson, and a sister Ella H. Watson.
