Walter Livingston was born near Nashville Ohio May 3, 1869 . He came to Ft. Harker, now Kanapolis, Kan. Later he came to Oklahoma and was married to Miss Eva May Dixon, Oct. 5, 1904. The couple lived near Sumner most of their wedded life.
On March 20 the deceased passed away after much suffering. He was 57 years of age.
Mrs. Eva Livingston, Muss Laura Livingston of Kanapolis, Kan., and Harry Livingston of Portland Oregon are left to mourn his loss.
Rev. Sanders conducted the funeral services at the Christian church at Sumner and burial was made at the Sumner Cemetery.
