Y-DNA of two known brother's of George Washington Carter have been placed in the World Carter Project on FTdna and exactly match at 111 male markers. Results have placed them both in the R1b-11 group. They do not descend from Capt. Thomas Carter's group which is R1b-02 nor the Robert King Carter's group of R1b-32.
