Daughter of Michael & Julia Sullivan McGillicuddy from Ireland. Married in Ireland to James O'Connell they immigrated to Savannah, GA and then moved to Charleston, SC. James died of Yellow Fever along with their children Timothy, Kathleen, Sarah, Bridgett, Johanna & James-all are buried in Charleston, SC. Bridgett and only surviving child, Mary, moved to Seattle where she worked at Providence Hospital sewing for the nuns. She was originally buried at Holy Cross near Prep High school and later moved to Calvary Cemetery.
