Robert M. Hood, 64, husband of Phyllis Atkerson Hood, died Saturday, March 7, 2009 at Hospice Care Center.
He was born September 14, 1944 in Lexington, the son of the late William Robert and Virginia May Walford Hood. He was a Vietnam Veteran, an automobile technician, and motorcycle enthusiast.
Survivors other than his wife are one son, Robbie Dafeno; step son, Keith White; granddaughter, Hunter White; brother, Rick Stoll; sister, Pat Mink.
Funeral services were 12:00 PM Wednesday, March 11, 2009 at Kerr Brothers Funeral Home, Main Street. Burial was in Blue Grass Memorial Gardens.
