Charles Beard dies at home of daughter, Mrs. Jacob Groy, 29 Pershing Avenue. He was a machinist at Bethelem Steel. Attended Holy Trinity Church.
He is survived by the following children, Grace, Mrs. Jacob Groy, Elsie Vetter, Charles B. Jr, and Russell of Cleona. 7 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Three sisters, Susan K. Garrett, Mrs, Edward Gress, and Mrs Levi Spotts of Lebanon.
