J. William Hile, 92, of Columbia City, an area farmer, died Saturday, July 27, 2002, at Parkview Whitley Hospital. The Allen County native spent his formative years in Noble County.
Surviving are a sister, Marian Rantz of Pierceton; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by brothers Walter, Charles, Paul and Lewis, and sisters Emma, Mary, Valentine, Ruth and Dorothy. Graveside services are 2 p.m. today at Nolt Cemetery, Columbia City. Memorials are to The Oaks Living Center Activity Department.
