Bobby W. Whalen, age 59, of Cynthiana, Kentucky, died Sunday, May 13, 2007, at his residence. Born in Harrison County, Kentucky, on May 7, 1948, to Birdie Sadler Whalen, of Cynthiana, and the late Elbert Whalen, he was a truck driver for Estes Trucking and a member of Pleasant Green Baptist Church.
Besides his mother, he is survived by: his wife, Pam Williams Whalen; two daughters, Julie K. Whalen and Tracy A. Whalen, both at home; two sisters, Carolyn A. (Wendell) Miles, of Cynthiana, and Becky (Barry) Jackson, of Amelia, Ohio; and a brother, Steve Whalen, of Independence.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday at Ware Funeral Home by Reverend Josh Hildebrand. Visitation will be from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. Monday. Burial will be at Pythian Grove Cemetery.
