Ora Moosman Ellingford, age 91, of Roosevelt, passed away June 7, 2007, at her home of congestive heart failure.

She was born September 26, 1915, in Tridell, to John Henry and Matilda Maria Boren Moosman. She married Thomas Gilbert Ellingford March 2, 1934, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He died March 4, 1969.

Ora's main interest and love was her family. She enjoyed quilting and had won ribbons at the county fair. Other hobbies included crocheting and working in her yard and flower garden. She was active in the LDS Church and had served in the Primary, Young Women's and Cub Scouts.

She is survived by her children, Ina Rae (Grant) Jarman, Burley, Idaho; Doris Ellingford, Roosevelt; Fay (DeNile) McKenna, Roosevelt; Vickie (Richard) Fitzgerald, Bridgeland; Tom (Sidney) Ellingford, Bridgeland; daughter-in-law, Darlene Ellingford, Roosevelt; 24 grandchildren, 56 great-grandchildren, 11 great-great-grandchildren; and sisters, Fontella Taylor, LaPoint and Edna Evans, Mt. Emmons.

She was preceded in death by her husband, son, Keith J.; granddaughter, Tiffany Ellingford, grandson, Wayne Ellingford, 2 great-granddaughters, Kamree and KyLynn; 5 brothers and 3 sisters.

Funeral services held 12 noon Monday, June 11, 2007, at the Roosevelt 4th Ward Chapel.

Burial in the Tridell Cemetery under direction of the Hullinger Mortuary.
