Frank was raised in a Christian home and attended the Church of God of Baldwin in his youth.
Frank was educated in the Detroit Public School Systems. After attending high school, Frank served in the United States Army. Frank chose as his career, Mason Contractor with the Robert Williams and Sons Construction Company.
Frank departed his earthly life on Monday, March 4, 1996 at Oakwood-Annapolis Hospital at 10:30 p.m. He leaves to cherish his memory: his mother, Eula Williams; two sons, Kirk D. Williams of Colorado Springs, Colorado and Frank V. Williams of Port Huron, Michigan; four daughters; Felicia aka "Kitty" Chishom, Ramona Williams, Tracey Myers, all of Port Huron, Michigan and Sonja Joy Jones of Colorado Springs, Colorado; ten grandchildren, five sisters, three brothers, one sister in law,two brothers in law and numerous relatives and friends.
