OBITUARY :
J. D. LINDERMAN, SR. DIES ON WEDNESDAY

JAMES DAVID LINDERMAN, SR., aged 80, of Seventh street, New Kensington, former resident here, died in his home Wednesday. He had been in failing health for five years.

Mr. Linderman had resided here at 409 Whippo street with his daughter, Mrs. Harry Baxter. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mrs. Mary Ann Shockey Linderman, 21 years ago.

Surviving are the following children, Mrs. Harry Baxter, R. D. 1, Ellwood City; Mrs. Carl Means, Tarenium; Lewis A. Linderman, Springdale; Fred Linderman, New Kensington; James D. Linderman, Jr., Wisconsin; George Linderman, Cheswick, Pa.; Mrs. Irene Altmeyer, Tarenium; Mrs. Pearl Ross and Mrs. Rachel Moser, Wisconsin; a half-brother, Frank Stuckey, Creighton, Pa.; 31 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.

Services will be held at the Clowes funeral home, Pittsburgh at James street, Springdale, Friday at two p.m. with interment in Union cemetery at New Kensington.
