Black Lung starves the body of oxygen and forces the heart to work harder, leading to heart attacks. He worked as an electrician in a mine in Erie when he retired. He was Married 1st to Clema Alice "Sugie" Resinger. They had 1 daughter Dora Louise Bellodi. 2nd he was married to Ilah Anna Giseburt-Bellodi they had 2 Daughters-Betty Lee is buried next to them. Pete built his own house in Erie Colorado and was one of the first families to have electricity and a bathroom in Erie. He ran the Bellodi General Store from his property for a few years.
