Harriett Lillian Reynolds, the daughter of the late Edward Croslin and Nellie Mae Stephens Brown, was born July 9, 1915 at Doniphan, MO. She died Feb. 25, 2009, at the age of 93.
On May 8, 1935, she was married at Van Buren, MO, to Howard Eugene Reynolds who preceded in death on April 12, 1995.
For 60 years, Mrs. Reynolds was a member of the Koshkonong United Methodist Church and was a member of the United Methodist Church Women's Club.
She is survived by nine children, Gene Reynolds and wife, Shirley of Springfield, MO; Harriett Miller and husband, Jim of Greensburg, IN; Kurtiss Reynolds and wife, Judy of Thayer, MO; Laura Coats of Ozark, MO; Ron Reynolds and wife, Betty of Koshkonong, MO; Jeanette Dills and husband, Larry of Rogersville, MO; Marcus Reynolds and wife, Kathy of Koshkonong, MO; Vera Dieckmann of Greensburg, IN; and Marvin Reynolds and wife, Sheila of Altus, OK; 22 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Her parents, husband, one granddaughter, one step-great-grandson, two brothers and four sisters preceded her in death.
A memorial service was March 1 at the Rose Chapel with Rev. Jim Doyle officiating. Interment followed in the Koshkonong Cemetery, with arrangements under the direction of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home of West Plains MO.
Pallbearers were Ronnie Reynolds, Lee Reynolds, Gregg Reynolds, Sean Reynolds, Tyler Dieckmann and Stephen Reynolds.
