Born in Karrsville, NJ she was a daughter of the late Robert Hendershot and Ida Smith Hendershot.
She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Washington.
She is survived by a brother Robert Hendershot of Washington, and a sister, Mrs. Dorothy Fox of Oxford.
