STARR - Irl H. Starr, 81, resident of Albuquerque, died Sunday in a local hospital. He is survived by his wife, Virginia Starr of the home; one sister, Mrs. Edla Anderson of Minneapolis, Minn.; four brothers, William Starr of Santa Ana, Calif., Harold Starr of San Francisco, Willis Starr of Phoenix and Noble Starr of Madison, N.J., and two grandchildren, Donald and Susan of Northfield, Minn. He was a member of the George O'Breece VFW Post No. 401. Arrangements will be announced by the French Mortuary, 1111 University NE.
