BARNESVILLE- Harold B. Betts, 61, of Quaker City Route 3, died at 10 a.m. Monday in Oakland Veterans Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pa.
A World War II veteran, he was born march28, 1915, in Byesville.
Surviving are his widow, Gladys Vance Betts; a sister, Mrs. Lewis (Dorothy) Luyster of Barnesville; four brothers, Gail and Richard, both of Barnesville, Junior Edward of Barnesville Route 3, and Charles of Fayetteville, N. C.
Friends may call 7 to 9 p.m. today and 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Campbell Plumly Funeral Home here where services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday. Burial will be in Friends Cemetery in Quaker City.
