John Frank Ferrell, 70, died at his home, 2127 Dixon Avenue, 7:30 a.m. Saturday.
He was a member of Midway Church of God.
Survivors: wife Nanna Winstead Ferrell; daughters, Mrs. Bryan Leeper, Mrs. Henry Appling, Mrs. Herman Frost, Mrs. Melvin Walker; sons, Fred and Starnes, all of Knoxville; Pfc. Walter ferrell, U.S. Army, stationed in Missouri; sisters, Mrs. Florence McCoy, Mrs. Lily Wilson; brother, Harve Ferrell, all of Knoxville.
The body is at Rose's awaiting funeral arrangements.
