Bonnie Joyce Lewis Walling, 56, Clay City, formerly of Irvine, died Friday at the Clark Regional Medical Center in Winchester, after a long illness. She was born Oct. 20, 1952 in Ohio County, a daughter of Wayne and Betty Taylor Lewis. She had attended the Church of God and was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Ashley Leigh-Ann Richardson.
Survivors include a daughter, Theresa Starr Walling Hammons of Clay City; a son, James Anthony "Tony" Hammons of Irvine; four grandchildren, James Cody-Allen Walling, Alexander Dalton-Ray Walling, Christopher K. Riley and Krystal Starr Richardson.
