Jeramiah Mulford Kelsey, one of Jingo's oldest and most highly respected citizens passed away March 8. He was born July 13 at Springburough, Ohio. On 1840 he moved to Allen county, Indiana where he lived with his father until his marriage Oct 6, 1853 to Helen M Wallace when they agreed to live together until death should seperate them and he was the first called away. To them nine children were born, seven boys and two girls. Seven of which are still living, all living in Kansas but two of them who live in Indiana.
