John B. Vermillion, 73, resident of the state since 1875 and of Wagoner for 35 years, Died early Wednesday morning, February 18, 1942 at the home of his daughter, Mrs. I. W. Turnham.
Funeral services for Mr. Vermillion will be held this afternoon at 4 o' clock in the Turnham residence with the Rev. L. A. Watson, pastor of t he First Baptist Church officiating. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery under the direction of Hersman Funeral Home.
Besides his daughter, Mr. Vermillion is survived by one brother, J. C. Vermillion, and four grandchildren.
