Special to the News: Midlothian, Texas, March 15;
William Noll W. Sewell, Editor of the Midlothian Argus, vice-president of the Midlothian Chamber of Commerce and a native of Ellis County, has announced as a Candidate for State Representative, Place No. 1, from Ellis County.
Sewell, 26, was born at Midlothian, but moved to Dallas in his youth and lived there several years. He attended Northern Dallas, Highland Park, Dallas Technical and Adamson High Schools, being graduated from the latter in 1927. He received his college training at Southern Methodist University and Simmons University, Abilene. He was, at one time, an employee of the Dallas Journal.
