M. D. F. Hines, who until the past few years, a resident of Herrick township, this county, died October 13, 1878. at Jonesburg, Missouri, at the age of seventy-two years and ten months. His body will arrive at Towanda in a few days for interment in the East Herrick cemetery, beside his wife and several children, according to his last request.
