Vancouver, Wash. - Former Missoula resident Nina B. Centers, 90, of Vancouver, died of natural causes Tuesday, Aug. 21, in a vancouver nursing home.
She was born Nov. 11, 1899, Lowry City, Missouri.
Formerly Nina Jarvis, she married Hayden V. Centers, who died in 1958.
A homemaker, Mrs. Centers lived for several years in Missoula before moving to Vancouver five years ago. She was active in the Missoula Literary Club, the Rose Society, the Missoula County election board and the Red Cross.
Survivors include a daughter, Evelyn Holt, Vancouver, one granddaughter and two great-grandchildren.
Cremation has taken place. Burial will be at Missoula City Cemetery. No memorial services are scheduled.
