Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 18, at Nashville Baptist Church, with the Rev. Aubrey Grindstaff Jr. officiating. Burial will be in Nashville Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. at Debo Funeral Home in Fulton.
Mrs. Acton was born July 12, 1927, in Campoint, Ill., to John Jackson and Ruby Alberta Stidham Knight.
She married Clyde Stanley Acton on March 17, 1947, in Columbia, and he survives. She was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church in Fulton.
Survivors include a son, Jeffery Scott Acton of Fulton; a daughter, Marcia Airaghi of Martinez, Ga.; three brothers, John Knight and Harold Knight Jr., both of Columbia, and Elmo Knight of Quincy, Ill.; and three sisters, Vanita Holt and Arlene McGee both of Columbia, and Joyce Jones of Fulton; and three granddaughters.
An infant daughter, Kimberly Joan Acton preceded her in death.
Memorials are suggested to the Diabetes Association.
