Terry Cook Rites Planned
Funeral services for Terry Lee Cook, 18, 3529 Copeland Road, are set for 2 p.m. Saturday at Green Acres Baptist Church with the Rev. Paul Powell officiating.
Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery under the direction of Lloyd James Funeral Home.
The youth died at 1:20 a.m. Friday at Medical Center Hospital from injuries received early Sunday morning in Tyler.
He was a native of Dallas and had lived most of his live in Tyler. He graduated from Robert E. Lee High School in 1976 and was attending Tyler Junior College. He was a member of the Green Acres Baptist Church.
Survivors include his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Darrell E. Cook of Tyler; a sister, Miss Brenda Cook of Tyler; and his paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Calvin Albright of Richardson.
Pallbearers will be Ted Walters, Billy C. Hall, Rickey Pierce, Neil Harris, John Pierson, Jim Weaver, Terry Williams and Richard Godfrey.
Honorary pallbearers will be William Hart, Brad Davis, Tommy Robinson and Paul Tyler.
If desired, memorial may be made to the Green Acres Baptist Church Family Life Center.
