and Robert A. Armstrong(1760-1834)
They were married August 16, 1821 in Sangamon County, Illinois by Robert A. Armstrong, Justice of the Peace.

His sister, Nancy Potter (1793-1867) married Bowling Greene(1786-1742)
who is the son of Nancy Greene Armstrong(1768-1856).
Nancy Greene Armstrong was living with the Potters according to the 1850 census. She was 82 years old at the time.

He was one of the three people who inventoried the estate of his brother-in-law Bowling Green on April 2, 1842. The others being John Pemberton and William Mentor Graham (1800-1894).
