He was the son of the late Truman G. and Daisy L. (Leckliter) Price-Bull.
Mr. Price was a lifelong resident of the Hereford/Monkton area. He served in the United States Army Signal Corps, stationed in Puerto Rico during WWII. He was employed by Black & Decker in Towson and Hampstead, MD, where he worked as a production supervisor for 38 years before retiring in 1979. He was a charter member of the Mason-Dixon Baptist Church in New Freedom.
He was the husband of the late Dorothy L. (Merryman) Price, with whom he shared 71 years of marriage and is survived by a son, William C. Price, Jr. and wife, Linda of Monkton; a daughter, Kay Bollinger and husband, Ronald of Freeland, MD; a sister, Ada L. Covey of Lansdowne, MD; three grandchildren, Karen, Kathy, and Stephen; and three great-grandchildren, Jacob, Samantha, and Samuel.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Milton E. Price.
Interment was in First Baptist Cemetery, Hereford.
