Mrs. Spring To Be Buried Here

Funeral arrangements were being made today for Mrs. Edith Spring, 58, of Wenatchee, who passed away in Bellingham last night, an Associated Press dispatch received here said.
Mrs. Spring died at the home of her sister, Mrs. Rose Hatton, after a year's illness.
The body will arrive here today for funeral services which will be conducted by Astral chapter, No. 75, Order of Eastern Star.
Among her survivors are a brother, M. W. Cure, and a granddaughter, Betty Cure, both of Wenatchee.
Announcement of funereal arrangements will be made later.

Spring Services
Funeral services for Mrs. Edith Spring, 58, were held this morning from the Jones and Jones chapel with Astral chapter No. 75 of the Order of Eastern Star officiating. The Rev. Frank E. Beatty assisted. Interment was in the Evergreen Memorial park.
Mrs. Spring passed away Friday in Bellingham after a months illness. She was born in 1878 in St. Joseph, Missouri, and lived for a time in Leavenworth before coming to Wenatchee in 1920.
Surviving are one son, John W. Nelson of Mississippi; one brother, M. W. Cure of Wenatchee; two sisters, Mrs. Belle Sorenson of Los Angeles and Mrs. Rose Hatton of Bellingham; and one granddaughter.
She was a member of astral chapter No. 75, O. E. S., of Royal Neighbors of the Pythian Sisters, and of the auxiliary to Locomotive Firemen and Engineers of America.
Pallbearers at her funeral were members of the Order of Royal Neighbors. (Wenatchee Daily World Newspaper)
