Virginia was born in East Brookfield, MA, the daughter of Clarence and Flora (L'Heureux) Desrosiers. Her family moved to Spencer when she was a child, making her a resident of that town for forty years. She married Normand J Juaire.

At the time of her death, she left her husband: a son, Raymond Juaire of North Brookfield; two daughters, Mrs. Marie Boire of Rockville, CT and Miss Bernice Juaire of Spencer; two brothers, Clarence Desrosiers of Spencer and Roland Desrosiers of West Boylston; two sisters, Mrs. Lorraine Dolittle of Rutland and Mrs. Rita Narx of Grafton; and several nieces and nephews. Her family gathered at the West Boylston Hospital with her for a special Mass a few days before her death. Virginia died in this same Hospital after a long illness.
