Mr. Charles Larry Gayle- Age 67, a native of Dallas, TX and a resident of the Mobile area for the past 20 years died at his residence on Saturday, March 28, 2009. Mr. Gayle was a U.S. Navy veteran of the Vietnam War. He is survived by his special friend and longtime companion, Edna Traylor, Grand Bay; daughter, Donishia Turner, Van Buren, Arkansas; brother, Jerry Gayle, Hattiesburg, MS; four grandchildren, other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Serenity Funeral Home on Tuesday, March, 31, 2009 at 2 pm. Interment will be in Serenity Memorial Gardens Wall of Honor. Visitation will be 12 to 2 pm Tuesday at the funeral home. Arrrangements by Serenity Funeral Home, 8691 Old Pascagoula Road, Theodore, AL 36582. 251-653-4781
