Son of the late Robert & Theresa Horstman, he was born in Springfield, Ohio. He died at his residence. He's survived by three brothers; four sisters; 3 nieces; a nephew; many aunts; uncles; cousins & friends. Preceding him in death were his parents & a brother, Raymond Horstman. Family and friends may call 3-7 P.M. Wednesday in the Rader-McDonald Funeral Home, 1355 West Main St., West Jefferson. Funeral Service will be held 10 A.M. Thursday in the Chapel of Saint Bernard's Cemetery, Springfield, Ohio with Larry Novakowski officiating. Burial will follow in Saint Bernard's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donate to The Ohio State University at giveto.osu.edu or to your favorite charity.
