Helen Virginia Fogleman Andrews, 86, of 519 West Dolphin Street, Siler City died Thursday, March 26, 2009, at her residence. Mrs. Andrews was born December 4, 1922, the daughter of Claude and Cladie (Williams) Fogleman. Mrs. Andrews was a native of Siler City and the Board Chairman for the family business, Liberty Auto Parts. She was the longest living member of the First United Methodist Church of Siler City, where she served as a Sunday School teacher and a member of the United Methodist Women.

Helen was a friend to all. She was preceded in death by her husband, R. Mack Andrews, Sr. The family will receive friends Friday, March 27, 2009, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at First United Methodist Church, 1101 West Raleigh Street, Siler City, North Carolina. The funeral will be Saturday, March 28, 2009, at 4:00 p.m. at First United Methodist Church, 1101 West Raleigh Street, Siler City. Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery.
