Maudline Rushing, 83, of Fredonia, died Friday, July 25, 2003, at 2:10 p.m. at Regional Medical Center in Madisonville, following a long illness.
A retired painter at Shawnee Plastics and member of Northside Baptist Church, she was a daughter of the late George W. and Nancy Ann Shepherd Pinnegar.
Survivors include her husband, William H. Rushing; nine sons; Junior Hayse Pinnegar of Cape Coral, Fla., Carl E. Oliver, David L. Rushing and Jerry D. Rushing, all of Fredonia, Harold D. Oliver of Calvert City; R.W. Oliver Sr. and William P. Rushing, both of Princeton, Roger D. Rushing of Sturgis and Gary A. Rushing of Marion; four daughters, Linda S. Hamby of Princeton, Brenda K. Rowland of Fredonia, Shirley A. Riley and Anita J. Oliver, both of Kuttawa; 38 grandchildren; 54 great-grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren; a brother, Nay W. Pinnegar of Lake City, Fla.; and a sister, Erma L. Whitmon of Princeton.
Funeral services were conducted Monday, July 28, at 1 p.m. at Morgan's Funeral Home with the Rev. Tommy Tacket officiating.
Burial followed in the Fredonia Cemetery.
