Mrs. Richard D. Mizell
Mary Olive Mizell, widow of Richard D. Mizell, died Thursday in a local hospital.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. today in Dyal Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in the Mizell family cemetery, Ridgeville.
Mrs. Mizell was born June 28, 1909, in Connelly Springs, N.C., a daughter of David H. Buff and Cordie Cook Buff. She attended North Carolina schools and was a Baptist.
Surviving are three daughters, Caroline Mims and Doretta James, both of Charleston Heights, and Mary Edwards of Columbia; four brothers, Aaron Buff, Wilson Buff and Max Buff, all of Hickory, N.C., and Victor Buff of Seneca; a sister, Rita Buff of Montgomery, Ala.; seven grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
