Munroe [sic] Alvord, 68, of Cortland, died at 2:45 Saturday afternoon at the home of his son, Howard Alvord, 838 South Twenty-eighth street.
He is survived by four sons, Clarence S. and Howard, both of Lincoln, Clifford of Garland, and Donald of Miller.
The body is being held at Hodgman's awaiting funeral arrangements.
