Frances Charlotte Tuckwood, 91, died Friday, February 20, 2009 at the Hilltop House, Bucklin, Kansas. Born March 2, 1917 at Hudson she was the daughter of George and Tracy G. Kallaus McAfee. She was a homemaker and a longtime Stafford resident before moving to Bucklin in 2000. She was a lifetime member of the Order of the Easter Star, Rebekah Lodge and First United Methodist Church all of Stafford. On March 29, 1933 she married L. Duane Tuckwood at Stafford. He died January 6, 1990. She is survived by:

Graveside service will be 11:30 a.m., Monday, February 23, 2009 at Stafford Cemetery. Friends may call Monday 9-11 a.m. at Minnis Chapel, Stafford. Memorials may be sent to the Hilltop House in care of the chapel.
