Clifford Lewis Kinser, 61, of 375 Eastern Avenue, Newark, Licking County, Ohio, died early in the morning of Thursday, 30 November, 1967, in University Hospital, Columbus, Franklin County, Ohio.

He was born on 29 July 1906 in Shawnee, Perry County, Ohio, to Clarence and Sarah Jane (Matthews) Kinser.

He moved to Newark, Ohio, 13 years ago from Lancaster, Ohio and was employed by Owens-Corning Fiberglas Corporation in the quality control department.

He married Frances E. Branum in 1927 and they had three children, Robert Lewis, Donald Lee and Joan Carolyn.

He is survived by his wife, Frances, two sons, Captain Robert Kinser of the Navy at Bowie, Maryland, Donald of Newark, Ohio and a daughter, Joan Phillips of Newark, Ohio. Four sisters, Lillian Snoor of Newark, Ohio, Wanda Jensen of Massillon, Audrey Keffer of Zanesville, Ohio and Pauline Wiemer of Lancaster, Ohio. Also survived by 11 grandchildren.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Clarence Bryon Kinser.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm on Friday, 1 December 1967.

Funeral Service will be at 1 pm on Saturday, 2 December 1967, in the chapel of Ross Henderson Funeral Home, with the Rev. George Alton officiating.

Burial will be in Forest Rose Cemetery, Lancaster, Fairfield County, Ohio.
