He was born Sept. 5, 1934, in Henry, Ill., the son of Elmer and Mabel Norman DeVoss Sr.
Surviving are one son, one daughter, one granddaughter and one great-grandson. He also is survived by three sisters, Thelma Pinkston of Pekin and Mabel Jason and Bettie Holocker, both of Henry; and one brother, Dennie DeVoss of Peoria.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Elmer Jr. and Stanley.
Frank was a self-employed handyman in the Henry area.
Cremation rites were accorded. Graveside services will be at Henry Cemetery.
