G. Ruth Driskell, 72, a native of Escambia County and a resident of Silverhill, died Aug, 28, 1990.
She is survived by: Two stepdaughters, Yvonne Hutchison, Winter Park, Fla., and Eldonis Michelson, Loxley; two sons, Harlin Stanton, Robertsdale and Gaines Stanton, Fairhope; one stepson, Ronald Driskell, Silverhill; three sisters, Lizzie Ribgy, Mobile, Gladys Chavers, McDavid, Fla. and Gloria Odom, Pensacola, Fla.; one brother, Pat Etheridge, Pensacola; 14 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Services were held Thursday, Aug. 30 at Mack Funeral Home with the Rev. Joe Langham officiating. Burial was in Baldwin Memorial Cemetery, Robertsdale. Funeral arrangements were made by Mack Funeral Home Inc., Robertsdale.
