Antonio Da'Quan Smith, 19, of 2130 Cliffvale Dr., High Point, N.C. died Monday, April 13, 2009 at Baptist Medical Hospital, Winston Salem, N.C.
Funeral services will be conducted at Melton Grove Missionary Baptist Church, Winfall, N.C., Saturday, April 18, 2009 at 10 a.m. with the Rev. Alvin J. Boone officiating.
Burial will be in the cemetery. Viewing will be today from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the church. Stallings Memorial Chapel, Hertford is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Smith was the son of the late Anthony J. Banks Sr.
He is survived by his mother, Ronnette Smith Wright; three sisters; Natasha, Antwanna and Shaheema; two brothers, Anthony Jr. and Jerome.
