Rosa was the daughter of Elias Delgado and Florinda Maria Garrido Delgado. She married Jose Nikacio McPherson on 29 February, 1932, also from Panama City.
Rosa graduated from the Instituto Nacional de Panama and was the first female radio communications engineer from Panama. Rosa also taught in various Adventist schools in Central America and Mexico.
A marker has not been located for Rosa in this wonderful old cemetery, but she rests there with her Delgado-Garrido family.
