AVERY - Ollie E. Avery of 123 10th St., Springfield, passed away Tuesday, April 21, 1953, at the age of 69 years. She was born in Elgin, Neb., Oct. 27, 1883, and had been a resident of Springfield for the past 15 years. She is survived by her husband Ed; 1 son, Acce Gail Miller of Eugene; 3 granddaughters and 1 great-grandchild; 4 sisters: Bertha Muno of Oregon City, Zetta Bennett and Aleda Prindel, both of Swisshome, Ore., Ruby Spurling of Junction City; 1 brother, John Bennett of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. Funeral services will be held at Bartholomew-Buell Chapel Friday, April 24, 1953 at 3:30 p.m., with interment in Rest-Haven Memorial Mausoleum.
