Betty Maxine Intemann, 83, of Iowa Park, passed away Wednesday, April 15, 2009.
The funeral service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Friday, April 17, 2009, at the chapel of Owens & Brumley Funeral Home of Wichita Falls with Rev. Danny Hodgkins, officiating. Interment will follow in Highland Cemetery under the direction of Owens & Brumley Funeral Home of Wichita Falls.
A daughter of the late James S. and Mayme Adith (Young) Gray, she was born April 12, 1926, in Wathena, Kansas. Betty loved her family dearly, and enjoyed cooking. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Albert Intemann.
She is survived by her two daughters, Yvonne Winebrinner and husband Mickey of Comanche, Oklahoma, and Lucinda Sikes and husband Paul of Iowa Park; two brothers, Clifford Mixer of Reno, Nevada, and Terry Mixer of Phoenix, Arizona; two sisters, Ann Chipman of Colorado, and Shirley James of Miami, Oklahoma; five grandchildren, Scott Bryant, Cherye Blackwell, Cindi Tatro, Michael Sikes, and Chadick Sikes; nine great-grandchildren, Kimberline Bryant, Dillen Brooks, Kamron Tatro, Kaitlyn Tatro, Corey Sikes, Courtnye Sikes, Blaine Bryant, Chance Hooper, and Eden Stotts; and one great-great-granddaughter, Tanner Reece Sikes.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. Thursday, April 16, 2009, at Owens & Brumley Funeral Home of Wichita Falls.
