COLORADO - funeral services for Lt. Col. Robert Ross Goolsby of Colorado will be held Monday, December 17, at 11 a.m. at Burns memorial Methodist Church in Aurora, Colorado. Burial will be in the Ft. Logan national Cemetery in Denver, Colorado.
Mr. Goolsby died Wednesday, December 12, 1990 in Aurora, Colorado born in Decherd, Tenn., Mr. Goolsby was retired from the military. He was a graduate of Tennessee Technical University and was on the ROTC staff at TTU.
His family includes his wife, Margaret Barnes Goolsby, formerly of Cookeville, now of Colorado; two sons, Robert S. Goolsby of California and John Goolsby of Colorado; one daughter, Susan McLaughlin of New York and several grandchildren. Aurora-Chase Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements.
