Doris M. Fansler, 74, of Peru,
will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at
Ever-Rest Memorial Park
Cemetery.
She died Tuesday, Aug. 10,
1976, at a Peru hospital.
Born Nov. 10, 1901, in Carroll
County, she was the daughter of
Jessie and Estella Meek Heiland.
Her marriage in 1925 was to
William J. Fansler, who died in
1968.
A resident of Peru for eight
years, she was formerly from
Royal Center and had lived in
Flora. Mrs. Fansler was a
member of the Royal Center
Baptist-Christian Church and
Order of Eastern Star.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs.
Barbara Hines of Peru; a sister,
Mrs. Robert Sines of Flora;
seven grandchildren; five stepgrandchildren
and a greatgrandchild.
Two sons including Harold
Fansler, who died Aug. 4, 1974;
two brothers and a sister
preceded her in death.
